VSF invites you and your family to celebrate and participate in the Vasavi Jayanti celebrations across bay area. Its one of our biggest events, be part of the event and get blessed by Vasavi matha.. Grand Celebrations of Vasavi Jayanthi will be performed at VEDA Temple: Sri Satyanarayana Swamy Devasthanam - Milpitas   and  Shiva - Vishnu Temple, Livermore  Please find details below
 
Vasavi Jayanthi is the day when Goddess Vasavi Matha appeared on earth. It is her birth anniversary Vasavi, a manifestation of Mother Goddess Adiparashakti, worshiped by the Vysyas. This year Vasavi Jayanthi  is on May 13. It is observed on the Vaishakh Shukla Paksha Dasami day, or the tenth day during the waxing phase of the moon, in Vaishakh month as per traditional Hindu lunar calendar .
